AccuTrade seeks a proactive individual for our Performance Management team, serving large Enterprise dealer customers. You will build relationships, drive success for dealer partners, and work cross-functionally. You will drive platform adoption throughout Enterprise dealer operations and own dealer retention for the customer portfolio. This role requires in-market travel of 25-50%.
The Account Manager will report directly to the Industry Lead and will be responsible for relationships and key clients within the Food & Beverage space. You’ll contribute to engagements with key partners, and ensure the continuing health and productivity of our valued relationships. As a Fetch expert, you’re strategically communicating to your partners how impactful the continuation of the partnership will be in powering their brand.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help us onboard, implement, and manage our Enterprise customers. The Customer Success Manager will own the relationships between Omada and a segment of our client partners, including project managing implementation, taking responsibility for upsell opportunities and renewals, and working alongside various teams to serve our client partners.
